We are assembling a small, serious team in New York to build human AGI: intelligence that is emotionally available. Our engineers came from Google and the best AI labs in the world and walked away to work on this and nothing else.
We want people who build with urgency.
Design. You have built interactive things that spread on their own, you know why one thing on a phone feels alive and another feels like software, and you are fast because you already know what good looks like.
Engineering. You design a system before you write it, you have run systems at scale for real people in real time, and you would rather own the whole stack than a piece of it.
Research. You have built training loops where a model's own conversations become its next dataset, you know why that loop collapses and how to make it improve instead, and you think the benchmarks that matter have not been written yet.
